Hardware Fault Ticket Submission

Fill out form for the hardware fault you are having, and we will get back to you with a quote.

Please enter your name, email address, and what the problem is. If you know what item is faulty fill that information is, if not that is ok. Provide a description of your system; cpu, ram, graphics card, power supply, storage device, operating system, age, of these an age estimate at least would be helpful. Fill in you address if you are wanting a quote for onsite repair, or collection of item. Include pictures of computer model number, and the inside of the computer if possible.

Fees

  • First hour £45
  • Every hour after £40
  • Minimum 1 hour, chargered by the 1/4 hour after first hour
  • Collection and Onsite charge based off location. only available to customers in Cornwall
  • If we are unable to fix the issue no repair fee, but collection/on site fee will still apply.
